• Kapkids shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging intact.
• All returned products are subject to a quality inspection before approval.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used while placing the order within 7 working days after successful quality inspection.
• Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, and convenience fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Products purchased during Sale, End of Season Sale (EOSS), or promotional events may be subject to separate return, refund, or exchange terms.
• Online orders placed through Kapkids.com are eligible for Return, Refund & Exchange only through the online process and cannot be returned or exchanged at Kapkids or Kapsons retail stores.
• Accessories and Undergarments (UGs) are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable due to hygiene, health & safety practices, and applicable government guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, product images, graphics, designs, text, videos, icons, and website content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Kapkids or its licensors.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
