At Kapkids, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and responsibly. Please review our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Express 24–48 Hour Delivery
(Available in Kapkids & Kapsons Store Cities Only)
- We offer 48-hour delivery in select cities where Kapkids or Kapsons stores are operational.
- This service is available only in serviceable PIN codes within those cities.
- Customers can verify eligibility through the “Find Store Near Me” section on our website.
- Orders placed in eligible locations will be delivered within 48 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Kapkids reserves the right to determine serviceability based on logistics feasibility.
2. Store Pickup (Priority Processing)
Customers located in cities with Kapkids or Kapsons stores may opt for:
- Online payment
- Store pickup
Most pickup orders are processed within a few hours. Customers will receive confirmation once the order is ready for collection.
Valid ID and order confirmation may be required at the time of pickup.
3. Standard Delivery Timeline (Rest of India)
For locations outside our 24–48 hour delivery network:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹2,000
- ₹99 shipping charge for orders below ₹2,000
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To ensure smooth operations and prevent misuse:
- COD orders may be subject to a verification call or SMS confirmation before dispatch.
- If a customer is unreachable or fails to confirm the order, Kapkids reserves the right to cancel the order.
- Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions or suspension of future COD privileges.
Kapkids reserves the sole right to approve or decline COD service for any order.
6. RTO (Return to Origin) & Refused Orders
If a COD order is:
- Refused at delivery
- Marked undeliverable due to incorrect address
- Not accepted after three delivery attempts
The shipment will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).
In such cases:
- Future orders may be restricted to prepaid mode only.
- Kapkids reserves the right to recover forward and return shipping charges before accepting new orders.
This policy is implemented to prevent fraudulent or non-serious transactions.
7. Order Tracking
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via:
- SMS
Customers may also track orders through the “Track My Order” section on the website.
8. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery a maximum of three (3) times.
- Failure to accept delivery within these attempts will result in automatic return to warehouse.
9. Packaging & Risk Transfer
All products are securely packed to minimize transit damage.
In case of a visibly damaged or tampered package:
- Please refuse delivery immediately.
- Notify us at contact@kapkids.com within 24 hours.
Once the customer accepts the order, Kapkids shall not be liable for physical damage claims.
10. International Shipping
Currently, Kapkids does not offer international shipping. Global delivery services may be introduced in the future.
