Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
  • Product must not fall under the Non-Returnable Products category.
  • Every return is subject to a quality inspection before approval.

Once the returned product is received and successfully passes the quality inspection at our warehouse:

  • Refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
  • Refund will be processed within 7 working days after approval.
  • Credit reflection may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Eligible products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to:

  • Successful quality inspection.
  • Availability of the requested size or product.

If the requested item is unavailable, the refund will be processed as per the Refund Policy.

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Shipping Charges
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges
  • Convenience Fees (if applicable)

Kapkids reserves the right to issue partial credit in the following situations:

  • Product returned without original packaging
  • Minor damage to outer packaging
  • Missing non-essential components
  • Promotional discounts applied on original order

In such cases, the credit note value may be adjusted proportionately.

Shipping charges, COD fees, and convenience charges are non-refundable.

Orders placed on Kapkids.com are eligible for Return, Refund & Exchange only through the online process.

These orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged at any Kapkids or Kapsons retail store.

In compliance with hygiene, health & safety practices, and applicable government guidelines:

Accessories and Undergarments (UGs) are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

All returned products undergo a quality inspection at our warehouse.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will be processed only after successful inspection and approval.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs and your order details. Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.
